11x.ai Secures $50 Million Series B Funding, Boosting Valuation to $350 Million

11x.ai, a startup specializing in AI-driven sales development bots, has raised approximately $50 million in Series B funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz, bringing its valuation to around $350 million, as reported by TechCrunch. This funding round follows a $24 million Series A earlier in 2024, where the company was valued at $90 million.

CEO Hasan Sukkar revealed that 11x.ai is nearing $10 million in annual recurring revenue, suggesting a valuation multiple of about 35 times ARR—more conservative than other AI competitors. While 11x.ai’s latest funding positions it well against rivals in the AI sales development space, experts caution that it’s still too early to determine its competitive edge.

The startup currently offers two AI bots: Alice, focused on lead generation and outreach, and Jordan, a multilingual AI phone sales rep capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls. Despite a crowded market, 11x.ai’s funding reflects ongoing investor interest in AI sales solutions.
