ESDS Software Solutions is set to double its data center footprint over the next two years!
With data centers already operating in Mumbai, Nashik, Bengaluru, and Mohali, ESDS is now gearing up to expand into Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai, along with an additional facility near Mumbai. This expansion represents an investment of ₹7600 crore, funded through internal accruals and a private equity fundraise of ₹7300 crore.
In line with sustainability goals, ESDS is also in talks with green energy companies to ensure that 15-20% of the power for these new facilities comes from renewable sources.
To support its cutting-edge autonomous cloud product, set to launch by the end of this year, ESDS will be hiring 300 AI and ML engineers. Despite this growth, ESDS aims to maintain a streamlined workforce of 1,200-1,400 employees, leveraging automation to drive margins and efficiency.
“We are witnessing an increase in deal sizes year-on-year, fueling our growth momentum,” said Piyush Somani, Chairman and MD of ESDS Software Solutions.
