ORIGHT, a dairy-tech startup based in Gurugram, has raised $1 million in seed funding. The round was led by Aeravti Ventures, and this new capital will be used to expand its platform, scale product offerings, and further empower farmers, processors, and distributors in the dairy supply chain.
Founded in 2019 by Utkarsh Kapoor and Rame Kachroo, ORIGHT focuses on digitizing the dairy supply chain through the use of IoT devices that ensure milk quality and traceability. These devices monitor factors like temperature, humidity, and fat content, providing transparency from farm to consumer. Additionally, the company integrates blockchain technology to maintain transparency and quality across the value chain, while promoting financial inclusion, especially for small-scale farmers​.
